runs on you.

Tirebay is the organizer and calculation lab built for tire fitters. Track jobs and customer wheel sets, decode any sidewall marking, size up rims by ET and PCD, keep stock and machines under control — and sharpen the craft in a built-in academy. Everything drawn procedurally, everything on your device, everything working with the garage Wi-Fi down.

// Four bays, one post

Everything the fitter touches in a shift

Orders, math, stock and craft — split into four tabs that mirror how a real tire post actually works.

BAY 01

Service Bay

The order desk. Cars in, wheels out, nothing lost between them.

  • Order cards: car, service, wheel size, status, date
  • Wheel-set passport — four wheels, each with size, tread, pressure, defects
  • Tread condition map: tap the contact patch to mark wear zones
  • Seasonal storage log — rack, cell, owner, hold-until date
  • Kanban board with draggable job cards
  • Job timer, repeat-client detector, rotation reminders
  • Daily summary and a fully filterable order archive
BAY 02

Wheel Lab

Ten domain calculators that settle arguments with numbers.

  • Tire size decoder — 205/55 R16 91V broken down field by field
  • Size comparison with the ±3 % rule and speedometer drift
  • Pressure calculator with load and cold-weather correction
  • Load index and speed rating tables
  • Balance weight placement helper
  • Tread depth, wear stage and remaining mileage estimate
  • Offset (ET), bolt pattern (PCD) and fitment checks
BAY 03

Stock & Rig

Tires, rims, consumables and the machines that mount them.

  • Tire inventory by model, size, season, tread left, price
  • Rim inventory by size, PCD, ET, cast or steel, condition
  • Low-stock alerts on fast-moving sizes before the swap rush
  • Consumables: weights, valves, plugs, patches, paste, sealant
  • Equipment registry and maintenance reminders for every machine
  • Job cost calculator and supplier directory
  • Revenue analytics and seasonal demand forecasting
BAY 04

Tire Academy

Three levels of the trade, taught offline with procedural diagrams.

  • Learning path: markings → mounting → balancing → fitment
  • Theory, diagram, common mistakes, five-question test per topic
  • Tire anatomy in cross-section: casing, belt, tread, bead, sidewall
  • Wear diagnosis — centre, edges, patches, one shoulder
  • Repair rules: plug, inside patch, mushroom, never the sidewall
  • Daily tip with a spark-lit streak counter
  • 250+ term glossary and a competency radar of your gaps

Size swap bench

The same math the app runs on the shop floor. Type two tire sizes and watch the outer diameters, the ±3 % window and the speedometer error resolve in real time — with both tires drawn to scale.

Fitted size (A)
Proposed size (B)
Ø outer A632 mm
Ø outer B633 mm
Difference+0.2 %
Ground clearance+0.5 mm
Sidewall A → B113 → 101 mm
Speedo at 100100.2 km/h
Within the ±3 % window — safe swap.

Reference math only. In the app this bench sits next to the load-index, speed-rating, ET and PCD tools, and every result can be pinned straight to a customer's wheel-set passport.

// About us

Built by people who know the smell of hot rubber

🛞

We are a small team of developers who grew up around tire posts — bead breakers hissing, balancers humming, a mountain of seasonal sets waiting for a rack number. Tirebay started as a notebook replacement for one workshop and turned into a full toolkit for anyone who mounts, balances, repairs and stores wheels for a living.

🎯

Our mission is simple: give the fitter a single place for the job list, the math and the knowledge, and keep it working when the internet does not. No sign-ups, no subscriptions dressed as features, no cloud that decides whether you can open your own order archive on a busy October morning.

📐

Inside you get an order desk with wheel-set passports and a tap-to-mark tread wear map, a lab of ten calculators from sidewall decoding to ET and PCD fitment, a stock and equipment register with maintenance reminders and revenue charts, and a three-level academy that turns a helper into a master — theory, diagrams, mistakes and tests included.

🔩

What makes it worth a spot on your phone is honesty about the trade. Every diagram is drawn in code, every number is traceable, nothing is guessed by a model somewhere on a server. You keep the data, you keep the judgement — the app just does the arithmetic and remembers what you would rather not.

Roll it out. Read the wear. Get it right the first time.

// Privacy policy

Your shop's data never leaves your shop

Effective Date: August 2026
● 100 % on-device · zero telemetry

01 Information We Collect

None. Tirebay collects no personal information whatsoever. There is no account to create, no registration form, no name, email address, phone number or password requested at any point. We do not read your location, contacts, photos, calendar, advertising identifier or device fingerprint. Everything you type into the app — customer names on order cards, car makes and models, wheel-set passports with sizes, tread depths, pressures and defect notes, storage rack and cell numbers, tire and rim inventory, consumable counts, equipment maintenance logs, supplier details, prices, revenue figures, quiz results and academy progress — is created by you, stored by your device and visible only to you.

02 How We Use Information

Because nothing is gathered, there is nothing for us to use. We do not profile you, we do not build usage statistics, we do not train anything on your entries and we have no data to sell, rent, license or hand to an advertising network. Every feature — the size decoder, the pressure and balance math, the ET and PCD checks, the kanban board, the analytics charts, the competency radar — runs entirely on your device's own processor, on the numbers you entered yourself.

03 Data Storage

All of your records live in the app's private storage area on your iPhone or iPad, inside the sandbox that the operating system reserves for Tirebay. There is no server behind the app, no cloud database, no hidden sync channel and no background upload job. We operate no infrastructure that could receive your workshop records, which is the strongest guarantee we can offer: the data cannot be exposed by us because it is never in our hands.

04 Third-Party Services

Tirebay embeds no analytics SDK, no crash reporter, no attribution or install-tracking library, no advertising framework, no social login and no external AI or lookup API. The only screen that renders remote content is the privacy document you may open from within the app, which is restricted to that single page and cannot be used to browse elsewhere. Calculations, drawings and lessons are generated locally in code.

05 Data Security

Security here comes from architecture rather than promises. With no transmission there is no traffic to intercept, and with no central store there is no breach to suffer. Your entries are protected by the same device-level protections that guard the rest of your phone — passcode, Face ID or Touch ID, and the platform's file protection. Keeping your operating system current and your device locked remains the most effective safeguard.

06 Children's Privacy

Tirebay is intended for tire fitters and automotive service professionals, but since we collect no information from anyone, we also collect none from children under 13. The app is fully compliant with COPPA by design: there is no data flow to restrict, no profile to build and no contact information that a child, or any other user, could disclose to us through the app.

07 Your Control

You hold every copy of your data. Records can be edited or deleted inside the app at any time, and removing Tirebay from your device permanently erases all of its stored content — orders, storage logs, inventory, academy progress and everything else. We keep no backup, no shadow account and no recovery archive, so please export or note down anything you want to keep before deleting the app. There is nothing to request from us, because we hold nothing about you.

08 Changes to This Policy

If the app gains new capabilities, this policy may be revised to describe them accurately, and the Effective Date above will be updated accordingly. Our offline, no-collection principle is a foundation of the product rather than a temporary stance; should that ever change, the revised policy will state it in plain language before any new behaviour ships.

09 Contact

Questions about this policy or about how Tirebay handles data? Write to privacy@tirebayapp.com and a human from the team will answer.

Pull into the bay and talk to us

👋 Whether you run a two-lift post or a seasonal swap line with a queue out the gate, we would like to hear how Tirebay holds up in your shop.

Send us your questions, the feature you keep wishing for, a calculation that did not match your gauge, or a rough day the app made smoother. Feedback from working fitters is what shapes the next release — and if something is stuck, we will help you unstick it.

⏱️ We read every message and normally reply within 24–48 hours, a little slower during the spring and autumn changeover rush.
